Thursday 29th - Briefing evening
This is open to parents of Touring Squad members, Touring Squad members, non Touring Squad members and parents of non Touring Squad members - in other words all of you......
The main aim is to go through the elements of the Tour, re-assure and answer any questions that parents or players may have, complete some unfortunate but required paperwork, draw the 'Shirts 'raffle, as well as the last two months Lottery - and have a chance to meet and socialise with parents and players which we don't normally have.
I have had a few responses showing interest in Fish & Chips which I hope to get delivered, (else collected) at an appropriate point during the evening.
**Responses to email communications appear very spasmodic and replies vague and infrequent - we need to tighten up on this as good communication is an important part of running the squad.**
So are you coming on the 29th - 7.30 for an hour or so?????

Fish & Chips will work out a £5 a head leaving a little margin to add to squad funds - I will give the shop rough numbers on the Tuesday
